Orange County had the sixth lowest home affordability index in Florida in the third quarter, according to an analysis of 440 counties by ATTOM Data Solutions.

The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 3030 Leahy Alley, Orlando was sold on Oct. 4, 2018 by Adam and Chandler Mikkelson for $570,000. The buyers were Ryan and Jana N. Polte.
The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4415 Ethan Lane, Unit 30-20, Orlando was sold on Oct. 11, 2018 by William T. Clarke for $299,500. The buyer was Joyce M. Barker.
On Sept. 19, 2018, Bambi Lynn Waldo purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4407 Ethan Lane, Unit 29-10, Orlando from Thomas C. and Amber C. Wirth for $335,000.
The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1845 Common Way Road, Unit 28-10, Orlando was sold on Sept. 11, 2018 by Gloria M. Gloria M. Engelhardt Engelhardt (living trust) for $374,000. The buyer was Reynald R Lamarre.
On Sept. 13, 2018, Suzanne Madden Dawson purchased a two bedroom, two bathroom home at 1777 Firehouse Lane, Unit 26204, Orlando from Jonathan D. and Shayne Hyson Cantwell for $307,000.
